Sense stopped working

I went for a swim with my Sense and it suddenly stopped working afterwards. Have charged it with no result. Any help

Hi @Shaiguy,

It's possible that there might be some water damage.  Try drying it out with white rice overnight to see if that helps.  It worked for my sister's phone when she dropped it in a lake and you would never know that it was dropped in the water!

the sense should be waterproof. If it water damaged then there is a problem with the seal.

Exactly my point. Have been trying to contact their customer service ever since with no luck
