Sense stopped working

Bought two sense less than a year ago and one has stopped working already.

it was almost like it went dead but I’ve charged it for hours with no reboot. The only response is that the screen flutters then goes black after it is plugged into charger…..return policy is 45 days does anyone know what the manufacturer warranty is?
