Sense stopped working

My FitBit Sense 1 recently stopped working properly, after just over a year of owning it. I've tried basically everything. The screen will turn off/be unresponsive, and sometimes the screen will be on but still unresponsive to any touch. Now the battery dies within half a day. 

I'm not sure there is really a solution. I regret having purchased it, when I could have got a much better watch by spending a little more with a different brand.

I will never purchase another Fitbit device again.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your Fitbit Sense. Based on what you have mentioned in your post, the screen of your device is not working properly.
