Firstly, A completely discharged watch takes longer to charge.

Secondly where are you seeing the 100% battery?

Thirdly, to check.

A [or any] day after you fully charged the watch and

With the watch synced

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle

it should say "a moment ago"

Return to the Today tab [main screen] of the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen

It will momentarily show the watch battery percentage on the app status bar at the top.

It should not say 100%, unless you just charged it.

Have you tried a different clock face. I’ve noticed some of the clock faces are quite buggy.

@Bauer24  That was the point of the suggested procedure, to bypass the clock face.

@DjCramYou could also try putting your watch on charge after a day and see what percentage it shows! But not as much fun!

Hello @DjCram Welcome to the Community Forums! @Guy_ @Bauer24 I appreciate your input!

@DjCram It is possible that the difficulty might be related with its battery so I also recommend taking a look and follow the steps provided in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Keep me posted.

Ok, after writing this I tried again powering off the watch. This time when It came back on it showed 64% instead of the 100% battery. I will keep track and see if this happens again. Maybe it was just stuck, will report back if happens again.  Thanks for the advise above
