Sense stress management factors won't show up

I can get  the stress management score  but not the  factors

if you open the tile the tap log your stress level, then close and reopen the tile the factors will show up.

@coopw1053 Thanks for letting me know about this and if you haven't done so, please give a try to the suggestions shared above. While the factors should appear for all our members, keep in mind that a Fitbit Premium subscription is required to see a detailed breakdown of your score.

If the issue persists, may I know if the section where the factors are displayed is empty? Does the same happen when checking previous days? Also, what is the model of your phone?
