Sense stuck in Today app/screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my Sense for a month and this has happened a few times, but somehow I swiped into the “Today” screen and I can swipe up and it will scroll through the Core Stats and nothing happens if I swipe left and if I swipe right, it just puts me back at the beginning of the Today app. I’m stuck in an endless loop and can’t figure out how to get out of it!! Any tips on this?!

Hi @Stefanie21 Most electronics freeze occasionally. My first 'fix' is to restart the tracker. If that doesn't do then restart a couple more times. Mine has always unfrozen pretty easily.

I just put it down and it found it’s way out of it by the time I picked it back up.

The recommendation to restart my Sense wasn’t particularly helpful since I tried holding down the button like Google said and it didn’t do anything. Like most people, I find it very aggravating when I’m trying to use some bit of technology and it’s not working as intended and I can’t figure out how to fix it. But that’s our life these days, isn’t it?
