I've already contacted Fitbit Support and they were no help. Only offered a 35% off coupon for a $350+ watch I've had for just over a year. So I wanted to see if anyone had any other solutions before I chunk this expensive wearable in the trash and buy a different brand of expensive wearable.
Just before bed two nights ago, my Sense began showing the logo. It reboots on its own occasionally and I chalk it up to a firmware update, so I didn't think much of it. But it was stuck on the logo still (along with some short vibrations), two hours later. Since then it has been rebooting constantly. This drained the battery to nothing that night. I put it on the charge the next day, same thing. I did the reboot with the button, on and off the charge, same result. I contacted support and tried their steps for a factory reset using the button, same result. Leaving it on the charge eventually allowed it to load again, but the touch screen was inoperable. I was able to change the watch face and it was reflecting the time and my heart rate. So I figured it needed a reboot now that it was sufficiently charged and working mostly, just to get the touchscreen working. Nope - back in the bootloop, where I've remained since.
Any creative solutions from fellow users?

I agree with you, @k80s, there is something wrong with the battery. However, I'm not sure there's much that Fitbit can do in terms of an exchange. For that, you would need to abide by the policy of the retailer you originally bought it from. I know that Fitbit has a 1 year warranty if you're in the US, but I don't know about other retailer policies.
