Sense stuck on Fitbit logo after update

I updated my fitbit sense last night at 10pm and it keeps getting stuck on the logo screen and will not do anything else but restart. I have restarted it many times. It still does not get past the logo. It will not connect to the app. This is very frustrating.

Hi @CherryMoon,

 

Although this may be a hard pill to swallow, have you tried doing a factory reset?  Just hold the sensor on the side for about 20 seconds and it should factory reset.
