when are fitbit going to admit to the fact that their app up date has caused the massive issue of people’s Senses being stuck in the logo loop and either compensate those people or find away to sort the problem. I can not be the only person to have bought their Sense after the recall of the Ionic and now we have another useless brick!

Mine hasn’t worked since about July, recently reached out to support again and they told me there is absolutely nothing they can do since it is out of warranty (it hasn’t even been a year since I’ve had min, so now warranty is only 6 months?). Sounds like I may be having a slightly different issue, my screen is completely black and only flashes the logo and red X. My phone will find the sense through Bluetooth but the 4 digit code cannot show on my watch for me to finish connecting. Support was of absolutely no help basically telling me I need to purchase a new one for full price.
Best AnswerSame with mine. It went into coma yesterday morning and trying to hang on with a sporadic heartbeat!
Best AnswerAn update. My Fitbit was either stuck on the Fitbit logo or seemed to be completely dead with a blank screen. I used the chat facility on the Fitbit website. I was asked to put two fingers on the back of the watch and see if the green light came on - it didn't! Then hold in the side button to see if it vibrated or if the Fitbit logo came on - it didn't. Then check that the back of the watch and the connecting pins on the charger were clean - they were and still nothing happening with the watch. I was then told that I qualified for a free replacement or 50% off a different Fitbit. I received an email with a link to a form to complete with my purchase details - I bought mine from Amazon in March 2022. New Fitbit Sense arrived 3 days later and I paid nothing.
All I can suggest to everyone is try the chat on the website because I had excellent customer service.
Just had my Sense hang on the logo and got an email that I'd get a 35% discount on a replacement. What a load of crap. I didn't initiate or approve any software change, Google initiates something that bricks my watch and I'm offered a discount. It will be a cold day in Hell before get another.
This has happened to me too! Can't see a way to post on the thread so replying to you so I add the the number of people affected by this scandal!
Best AnswerJust happened to me aswell! Sense bricked after update. Can't see a way to post on the thread so replying to you so I add the the number of people affected by this scandal!
What do you think I should do/where to start and what would you consider a proper resolve to aim towards? Thanks!
Best AnswerI requested customer support help from Fitbit app that agent assisted me online. But I think they are just following the standard process ask you to click here and there, after changed 3 agents (you will lose the agent when re-install Fitbit app or restart mobile), they gave me 35 % discount because my sense 2 was out of warranty which was only 12 months. I used 15 months...
Since I urge need a track to join marathon in few days so I purchased a cheaper Fitbit online. ;(
Once this new one is decommission, bye bye Fitbit. Won't purchase again.

Best AnswerWell it is me again and I was not surprised what I have found on my web site account that Firmware version 44.128.6.17 was updated on my watch on Nov. 8th, 2023 at 9: 25 am. It is no wonder the firmware mess up our watches with Logo, as of four days ago I left my watch off the charger for one whole day and decide to recharged to see if it will reset the watch or stop showing the Fitbit logo. Well **ahem** it was totally black and it quit working but still shows that battery is half charged while it was charging all night. So it is really mess up totally and we should not be responsible for that damage. Also I am not surprised that Fitbit watch Sense was manufactured in Taiwan! And designed in San Francisco, Ca. Plus it was bought from Kohl's store in Ohio by my niece as Christmas gift in Dec. 2021 come on ! what is going on I do believe whatever software they got from China country or wherever it came from should be responsible for our products and we deserve a free replacement because we paid a lot for those watch........ I plan to contact them Kohl's first then Fitbit company if I receive same BS they gave to everyone I will cancel my subscription and hopefully get some refunds back since I renewed in sept. this year argh what a bunch of crap going on. Lord help us all!

Best AnswerMy Sense just went to the logo this morning. I will try to get it to work but if not, I will put my Casio calculator watch that is still running after several years in a drawer back on and forget about it. I would be happy if the Sense would just be a watch. So, screw you fitbit!
don't forget facebook , instagram, and all other social media will help need to let everyone know why not to buy any fitbit watches until they fix the problem first!
