Sense stuck on Fitbit logo

when are fitbit going to admit to the fact that their app up date has caused the massive issue of people’s Senses being stuck in the logo loop and either compensate those people or find away to sort the problem. I can not be the only person to have bought their Sense after the recall of the Ionic and now we have another useless brick!

I forgot device using fitbit app to hopefully connect again. Didn't work happy you got it fixed. Really don't know how fitbit getting away with this issue and just ignoring it. Plus started commenting on fitbit post on Facebook and got offered 50% hopefully people won't leave this slide too easy

Hi that wasn’t me that was another person on here that said it worked. I’m waiting to try myself. Watch has to be dead dead past 0% dead
