Hi @HeatherGordon - it might be a good idea to restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start and see if that helps.

I've tried that multiple times, all to no avail.  I don't even know what that screen is supposed to mean.  I tried Google image search, nothing came up.  Total mystery.

@HeatherGordon- try changing to another clock face as this is not the standard display format.for a Sense charge display -  this is

For your battery draining try the SImpleClockPro clock face which will show you the expected autonomy of the battery and also the state of charging differently and expected full charge time. It also logs the battery level at midnight each night to get an exact usage per day. Tap on the clock Version on it's setting screen to see the watch log.

To isolate the cause of fast draining [often from a watch fault, possibly due to moisture getting in], try to run it in standalone mode. To do this logout of the Fitbit App and see how long the battery lasts and if it drains quicker at night or during the day. Putting the watch in Sleep mode [from Quick Settings] will help prolong the battery.

If it is a settings issue this might help How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.

@HeatherGordon   You get that screen when you’re disconnected from your wi-fi.  That is always on my husband’s Sense screen when we travel.  This shouldn’t be a problem for you right now.  You only need wi-fi for a firmware update.  Changing your clock face won’t change this screen.

The other battery health suggestions might help.
