Sense stuck on fitbit logo! Too many people to be a coincidence!

Very frustrated my replacement sense as of Feb 2023 just stopped working! Stuck on Fitbit logo,  customer service says can't do anything, oh  here's a coupon to purchase a new one!  Kicker your year fitbit premium that is 9 days old is non refundable.

I find it too coincidental that so many of our fitbits just died at the same time.

Feel like there should be an investigation.

I totally agree.  My sense was working fine and staying charged for almost a week, suddenly won't hold a charge, black screen, fitbit screen, and totally useless. Almost like they decided they wanted folks to purchase a new product and shut off the switches.  Its not right and its not a coincidence in my opinion.

Something similar happened to me . . . it wasn't that the logo would stay on, but it kept trying to cycle on and the logo would appear for a few seconds, then go off and try to cycle on again.  It was a brick.  Reached out to FB CS and after a little back and forth -- they suggested loading a FB built clock face . . . good suggestion, if the watch booted up! -- they sent a new one.  Here's some of the detail of my experience:  

 -- Bought on Amazon about 8 months prior to the issue happening

-- Sent FB the Amazon receipt and they confirmed it was still under warranty and sent me a new one

-- The replacement was nothing but the watch -- no bands, no other literature, nothing.  Not an issue since, of course, I already had bands.

Mine is stuck on the logo screen as well. This is a replacement that I've had for a few months. Last one would not accept updates so they replaced it. I'm very disappointed. I had zero problems with my Ionic. Had it for years before they recalled them. I used the discount they gave to Ionic users to buy a a Sense. It also came with a free year of Premium. I think they used the card I paid for the Sense with to charge for another year of Premium, as I did not have one on file. I'm just really disappointed w FitBit. I do not want a 3rd replacement. I want my money back.

Mine just did this also and mine is a replacement. Has anyone gotten any help? I'm thinking tbis is my last fitbit

Yep seems very fishy to me to. Tired of these companies selling products to 7sr to only make use purchase subscription to even use the devices full potential.

Mine is not a replacement.  Doing the same thing. This is so wrong.
