Sense stuck on fitbit logo

Absolutely disgusted with fitbit. Customer service chat offers 0 help. Sense started rebooting itself over and over again last night. Went through all the different steps that I've seen in the 1000 of product complaints and nothing works. This is my second fitbit that has broke within a month of each other and fitbit offers 35% off. I've been amazing fitbit user since 2010 and wasted a crap pile of money for a company that does not even stand behind their own products. I will never be purchasing another fitbit again!!

Does not surprise me. Mine is not in warranty. And was offered 35% off on
my next purchase of like 3 watches to chose from. I'm disgusted with
fitbit. Almost $500 bucks within a month and they offer 35%. I will not
purchase another one.

Also fitbit offers zero help in actually fixing the defective device. They offer 35% to waste more money on another defective device to have to go through same situation a few months or at best 2 years down the road.

Mine keeps shutting down and not updating. Checking out Apple Watch prices. Google seems to have messed up Fitbit.

Mine started doing the constant rebooting last night after i took it off charge. I followed the steps that were posted under the 1000s of other complaints and that got me to it being froze with the logo. I've tried everything that has been suggested. It reboots but goes straight back to logo screen. Utterly disgusted with fitbit. I've been a fitbit member for 14 years and spent $1000s on these watches throughout the year. To have 2 go bad within a month of each other and to be offered 35% on a new one. They've lost there mind. I will not be throwing more money away on any of there defective products ever again. A supervisor did contact me and said I could have a free watch band with purchase of new watch. Like seriously no way in hell.

They will fix the one you send back and sell it to someone else.

Had a similar issue, eventually removed from app, held down both buttons to force it off. Did the factory reset and set up again. It seemed to work for a month or two, but occasionally it does reboot randomly so I think there may be a hardware issue when this happens.

I was impacted by the Ionic recall, and its frustrating that every time there is a problem with Fitbit devices the customers have to pay something if they want a working device. Even the Sense I got had to be sent back after a few months because the battery was dying after a day or two. They are not great devices, after 8 years I'm thinking of moving to a more robust smartwatch.

Mine will reset but then goes right back to being stuck on the logo screen. As much as I am not a fan of fitbit I would rather do anything and try and fix it compared to throwing yet another 300 bucks in the trash.
