Sense stuck on logo of death

Already have seen many posts about this but adding one more. Maybe they will pay attention! I have been a Fitbit user for over 10 years and all have lasted multiple years until the sense, a year and half is ridiculous for what you pay for this!! Especially when it's a malfunction in their software obviously for this watch. Started with clock error and not being able to use any functions on the watch, tried changing watch face and same issue. I then contacted support and after a hard reset it got stuck in the loop of death and if course nothing they can do except offer a discount, why would I pay for another one of these to just have the same thing happen with a company that doesn't stand behind the product. Not even an offer to send it in to be fixed at a reduced price nothing. I will be leaving ing reviews wherever I can and sadly moving on to another fitness tracker and smart watch. Sad to see Fitbit come to this level!

I have spoken to SO MANY PEOPLE at the gym where I work out at, the pickle court where I play 2-4 times a week, the coffee shop I visit almost every morning & the response I get from the people wearing "sports type" watches about the terrible service they're getting from Fitbit is amazing. When I see anyone wearing any type watch I ask: Is that a Fitbit? Then the conversation starts.
