Giving my Sense watch to a relative. Removed it from my account and tried to reset it to "factory standards."
It didn't, its stuck and frozen on a screen that says "Data not cleared Synch and try again"
However, it doesnt let me go anywhere. I tried to add it back to my account and doesn't let me.

@MariogUSA You're very welcome! 🙂
Now, please go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove the Sense and do the same on your Fitbit account. Then, on your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset.
Once you make sure the Fitbit Sense is no longer paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings nor your Fitbit account, you can now set up your Sense 2 back to your Fitbit account.
Also, now you can set up the Sense to your brother's Fitbit account.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi there, @MariogUSA. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.
Please note the message "Data not cleared, Sync & Try again" usually appears when you performed a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
With that being said, please confirm if you've followed the steps below to solve this issue:
If you both continue having issues to pair the Fitbit device, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.
