Sense stuck on "To start, download Fitbit app" screen after factory reset. I've tried deleting the sense from the app and re-adding, turning on and off Bluetooth, unpairing and re-pairing, resetting the sense (holding button down for 10 seconds), and I've also restarted my phone as well. Nothing happens.. HELP

Hi @Momaples - did you try remove the Sense entries from the phone's Bluetooth, logging out of the Fitbit App, swiping off the active window, and in Android, clearing the storage cache and force stopping it.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.
Restart the phone and watch and then add the watch again to your account in the Fitbit App .

I have the exact problem stuck on the "to start download the fitbit app" and I can't seem to even pair my watch via Bluetooth either. Would be nice to see how the support team answered this question.
