Sense stuck on "Setup Wallet" message

I have had my fitbit sense for less than a week. It worked fine the first two days. All the night the sensor vibrates and opens to wallet telling me I haven't linked any cards yet. I held the botton for the restart and now I just get a picture with a phone and down ward arrow telling me to download in a bunch of different languages. It will not stop doing this

Hi there, @Gardeningjen. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Sense.

As per the description of your post it seems like you performed a factory reset instead of a restart. With that being said, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

  1. Remove the Sense from your phone's Bluetooth settings and the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select the Sense and follow the onscreen instructions.

As for the Setup Wallet message, please note that this screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your watch by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts.

Additionally, please keep in mind that you can replace the Wallet App shortcut for any other option. To do so, on your Sense swipe to Settings, tap, then swipe to shortcuts. It is here where you can configure what a single and double tap of the button will open. Replace the Wallet App for some other function.
