Sense swim's 100 yd split only shows calories

On the Fitbit Sense, the lap split for swimming only shows calories per 100 yards.  this is not very useful, I would like to be able to change it to show time or pace per 100yds.  Is there anyway to change it?

Hi, @Cookie1956, welcome to the community, you can personalise the screen you see while swimming. Swipe left from the clock face to exercise>swim>(see the little chevron at the bottom of the screen), swipe up>show stats, (the centre one is the largest & easier to see without reading glasses) you can choose between 9 data points for each register(including pace & average pace)

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Thanks, but that is not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for on the phone app, when you looking at the summary data of the swim. It gives you a dedicated page for spits per 100yds, but it just shows what stroke you were using (freestyle, backstroke, etc) and your calories

Hi, @Cookie1956, true, there is clearly a limit to the number of stats that are displayed on the app and device. You could put forward a proposal here and check if there are any that merit your vote.

Thanks, I'll do that.  I'm still hoping there was something that I have been missing.  IT still surprises me that for swimming it has a page dedicated to your splits per 100 yds (i think I set that as the distance per lap) and it only shows you the calories per 100yds.  I get 18-20 calories per 100.  Which is not very helpful info, as compared to how fast you swam per 100 yds.   I would think that fitbit has a team of people working on these things and it's hard to imagine they decided to go with calories per 100

yes, if you start the swim in your exericise icon (not sure if it does it if you have it auto start.).  It's the first page that comes up when you expand on your swim data.  It's not telling you how many strokes, its trying to figure what style you swam for that 100.  Also not that useful if  for example; you switch up you stroke from a freestyle to backstroke.
