My sense keeps on stopping and starting syncing lost my data yesterday which would have been good data considering i did an extensive exercise session and i have to keep re-syncing tried all the trouble shooting ideas

Hi @Ay10 I'm not sure what troubleshooting ideas you have tried, or what phone that you are asking for help with, but the only way to lose your un-synced data is if a factory reset or the tracker was removed from the Fitbit account. Neither of these two options are rarely ever needed with a sync issue, and should not be performed unless the other 10 -12 steps have failed.
This is because the tracker holds up to 7 days of detail data and an additional 23 days of daily totals. In theory to could syc once every 25-29 days and not lose a step that was counted.
For sync issues I would start here.
