I can't start and exercise or put in my pin code. It's still tracking my steps and sleep, shows the time, but it's other useless without the touch screen working.
I tried restarting it a few times, but still no luck.
Any ideas? Will fitbit fix or repair it?

Hi @DougDirac - it's possible the watch has started a hardware fault and in order to rule out a software fault you will need to do a factory reset using the button and you can chat with customer support via the Fitbit App Help & support section for help with that.
But first to make sure it's not just a setting double tap the screen a few time and then swipe. If that works, swipe the face to the right and turn off the Always On option.
You can also do this in the Fitbit App, turn on the Quick view option and sync and then try the touchscreen.

Thanks. Double tapping and swiping doesn't help. I'm not seeing the "Quick view" option in the app. Where is that?
How does one do a factory reset? If I do a factory reset and the touchscreen still doesn't work, will I be able to set it up again? At least now I'm able to get my steps and sleep, and it seems to be able to figure out when I start jogging. It's annoying that I can't put my pin in, so touchless payments don't work any more.
