Sense touchscreen isn't working

Hi, having big problems with my sense. The battery is draining incredibly quickly and the touch screen isn't working. I can double tap the button to bring up options but I can't select any. Resetting does not work.

Hi @BarryJohn - unfortunately those symptoms suggest the watch has a fault, possibly from water getting in.

As a first step restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till the display blanks or it vibrates, release and wait for the logo to appear and it to start.

If you wish to perform a factory reset which isn't without risk given the state of the watch you can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for assistance with that.
