When I add an exercise by clicking the icon on my Charge it doesn't update the exercise list in my dashboard. Please link the two. Thanks.

Hi @CaptnCrunch. Thank you for sharing your Feature Suggestion with the Fitbit Community. We aren't sure what you mean by adding an Exercise done in Charge app to Exercise? If you have one of the latest Charge series, you can choose an exercise shortcut to track your activity. Once you're done, tap Finish on the Fitbit device screen and sync with the Fitbit app to update your details. You can learn more here.

If you're referring to a different request, please reply with more detail or specifics on how this idea would work or what problem this is trying to solve so we can understand this idea better. We look forward to your response.

I'm so sorry! It isn't a Charge, it is a Sense. (Sorry, this is a brand new device--I've had 2 other fitbits in the past.) I tracked my run using the Exercise app on the watch. However, in my "days of exercise" count on the app, it doesn't have that run. So, it looks like I did not exercise that day. I can add an exercise manually, which I did, and it picked up my steps/heart rate during that time. I would assume it should automatically add the run, though. If I exercise and let the watch auto-detect my movement, it will add it to the days of exercise count. Shouldn't that still happen?

Hi @CaptnCrunch. It's good to see you again.

I've moved your posts to the Sense board since this seems to be more an issue rather than a feature suggestion. Thanks for clarifying what Fitbit device you have and sharing more details about this situation. This is odd as every activity done with the Exercise app should appear on the Fitbit app after syncing. While it's not possible to retrieve an activity previously recorded, let me suggest the following steps to ensure this doesn't happen again:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Use the Exercise app on your watch to track your activities one more time and keep me posted.
