Hi,
My sense is 4 days old and when im asleep it recorded a heart rate between 160 and 170. Not just one spike, consistent over 2 hours.
But I was asleep.
What do you think is going on?

Hi there, @Missmonique. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the concern with your Sense. @Guy_ Thanks for your suggestion!
Since your Sense is pretty new, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
For more information about your heart rate and sleep stages, see How do I track rate with my Fitbit device? and What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
If you have any concerns about your sleep health we recommend sharing the information with your doctor. A good source of additional information is the National Sleep Foundation.
By the way, your post was moved to the Sense board for organization purposes.
Hope that helps.

I would add pictures of all the weird occurances but I don't know how.
Do fitbits just guess heartrates regardless of if you have them on or not?
Sorry for all the questions, it was just a 400 dollar purchase and im worried it's just a sham.
