Heart rate inaccurate during exercise, whilst using elliptical machine heart rate will rise to 150 then just drop to 109 and stay around 90/119 - as soon as I step off elliptical machine Fitbit heart rate goes back to real time reading if 145 - I see this has been raised on here with a Fitbit answer of: We’re aware of this possible error and we’ll keep monitoring - Sorry that doesnt work - This is dangerous - a miss reading could be life threatening - Please can you FitBit tell us what is causing this erroneous reading and how it can be rectified or give us our money back - I didnt want to change my FitBit but had to as you recalled my existing one this year due to flammable batteries - Please can you help not just respond with “we hear you” - Your help would be most appreciated - thankyou.
