Sense under tracking floors

Hi my Sense that I’ve had for about 3 weeks doesn’t track floors accurately - this time it’s an significant under estimate.  I’ve reset the device but still not joy. Any suggestions?

Hi @SenseLESS12,

 

Unfortunately there's not much else you can do except to monitor your floors for the next day or two. This article  explains more about how floors are measured, please make sure all floors meet that criteria.
