My Fitbit Sense is vibrating every single day with an alarm at 5am. Of course, I don't set an alarm at 5am. I contacted CS they supposed to go back to me through an email but nothing. I did restart my Fitbit, but still have the problem 😞

I know this post is fromlong time ago but my fitbit sense has the same issue, alarm at 5am every single day. Whats wrong with fitbit?? You should really do a proper follow up.

Hi, by chance is it an alarm from your clock face rather than from the alarm app?
To make sure it's not an alarm, when you swipe left on the watch and tap alarms, are there any entries? If so click on the entry, scroll to the bottom and click remove.

Another thing to check is whether you have set any alarms via the voice assistant as these alarms are separate from the normal alarms.

Hi, Guy. There are no entries. I sent a picture of that to the fitbit's support team.

Hey, once again the alarm was at 5am. How come is this possible if I restart my fitbit from factory?! This time I was able to take a pic but I cant find the option to attach it. Looks like you havent done anything at all since I report this.

When you post there are icons along the top, and the one that looks like a picture frame enables you to attach a photo.
Have you tried to set an alarm during the day using the alarm app on the watch to see if the display is the same as the 5am one?
At least then you will know it's the app doing it or not.
Presumably the alarm is not coming from your phone? You can check this by turning your phone off for a night.

How most annoying having an alarm you can't stop.
Click the attach link icon then attach the photo.

Are you sure it's an alarm and not some other notification? I remember a post in the past when someone had set their daily goal to be a number of calories rather than a number of steps and they met this goal in the early hours. Such an alert would still be active after a factory reset (as long as it was reconnected to your account)
