My Fitbit sense is paired to both an android phone with android 13.1 and an iPhone Pro 14. The Fitbit sense also has the wallet feature where I have a local transit card which connects via nfc. But on the app, the Fitbit wallet shows on the android phone but does not show up on the iPhone app. How can I have the wallet show in the iPhone app?

Realized that Fitbit pay is not compatible on iOS especially outside the US which is why the wallet in the app does not show up on the iPhone. Tried pairing the sense to an old android and it went smoothly with the wallet showing up in the android app. If only fitbit support was honest enough to tell me this instead of not responding ever.

Both phones are not on at the same time. The android phone is turned off when I use the iPhone. The iPhone is my main phone.

If there are no banks in your country, you won't be able to see the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app. For a listed of supported banks/countries, see: Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay. To see the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app, you need to set the Profile Settings Location in the app to your country of residence.
