Sense was at 38% went to charge and now it is dead

Used my watch to workout. Charge was at 38%. Decided to charge it while taking a shower.  Wiped the back of watch clean and then put it on charger.  Showed it charging.  Went to take shower.  Came back and watch wasn't charging anymore and now won't turn on.  Tried different USB port with charger. Still not work.  I have 2 chargers since my daughter also has a sense Fitbit. Different charger and port and still not working.  Tried to reset by holding button down for 30 secs or more.  Still nothing.  Watch is only about 3 months old. Help!!!!
