I just bought it last May and since 2 days I had many defects in it last is now that it is not charging !

Mine isn't charging either because one of the pins on the charger got pressed down and won't connect to the device. Unfortunately fitbit customer service won't do anything for you if you bought it more than one year ago. Really says a lot that they don't stand by their products after one year. I've been a customer since 2015 but never again.
