I was really excited to upgrade my charge 4 to a sense. Unfortunately after purchasing 2 and spending 3-4 hours trying to get the two to connect with support, I had to return the senses. I hope that in the future this problem is fixed. I have worn a Fitbit since 2014. I enjoy the motivation and challenges between myself and my friends. I am looking for suggestions as to which smartwatch in the fitbit family will connect with the Samsung S21 ultra.

Stupid question, but did you remove your Charge 4 from your account first? There is no reason your phone shouldn't connect with the Sense.
