Hello @a98906 is your android phone connected to the same WiFi? 

Is the WiFi 2.5 GHZ without any special charectors? 

Is the tracker plugged in and charging? 

At what step of the setup does the failure occur? Do you get any error messages? 

I've also moved your hardware question to the Sense board
