New Sense bought today to replace a less than 1 year old Charge 3 that was a frustrating purchase (gazillion stairs per day, recent rapid battery drain, etc).
Sense set up successfully through my laptop. Is tracking my steps ect. However - the face of the Sense will not stop displaying "To start please download the FitBit app". I have deleted, reinstalled, and it continues to do this. It sets up, continues to track all my activity - but the face is stuck on the "To start....." Please help.

Sorry to hear that your Sense isn't showing a clock face but the setup message. Do you mean that you have removed the Sense from your account and set it up again? I want to confirm that you have tried removing it from the account itself by tapping the account button at the top left corner then the Sense icon and then the trashcan icon. The set it up again. You can also try restarting your device by following these instructions. If you have the chance try setting it up with a friends phone.

Hello Alvaro - thanks for your reply. I ended up going to chat/help last night and finally was able to resolve it. The problem was that I had initially set up through my laptop. Apparently you can't do the initial set up through your laptop. It has to be through an iphone, ipad or android phone.
