This is only a feature on Android and not iOS. If you have an iPhone you cannot do text replies from the watch.

Are your Sense Controls on your watch properly paired with the bluetooth settings on your phone? You need to set up 2 bluetooth connections between your Fitbit Sense and your phone. If you look at your bluetooth settings on your phone you have to make sure your Sense and Sense Controls  are both paired with your phone.

Go to the Music Controls & On wrist calls settings on your watch. . Make sure it shows the Sense Controls are turned on and it says paired just below Sense Controls. If the settings don't say Sense Controls paired then do the bluetooth pairing with your phone. You will need 2 simultaneous bluetooth connections with your phone. Sense & Sense Controls.

Yes that's all working, but not quick replies

@JoeyB_108 can you see the body of the message in notification? If not this also might be the reason why you can't see quick replies. Make sure preview of the messages is enabled in your Android settings (notification centre and lockscreen).

@Marrrmaduke thanks. I was hoping that would work for me but no luck. Lock screen previews are enabled and still no quick replies ... I can read the messages on the sense...

@Marrrmaduke I downloaded a third party messaging app from Google and now it works perfectly, there was something I couldn't work out with my phone's (Oppo Reno z) proprietary messaging software. Google messaging did the trick. @Josie444  I hope this helps your situation. J

Just bought a Sense and having the same problem. I was told to impair the sense and pair the control so now I've paired both. I can see the email but I cannot reply. If I click open all it does is open on the phone and then disappears.

Will need to go over all the settings again, and but everything suggests it should be working.

I'm going to try the contact centre later if I find the answer I will reply to everyone here so it helps.

None of these suggestions work and I've tried completely re setting up the whole Sense in case I missed something.

Well Sorry.........I don't have an answer at the moment. I spent perhaps 2 hours using the online chat and only got as far as all the things I've already tried. I was hoping for something more than just that standard, Close, Delete, UnPairing. The agent has escalated the problem.

I'm going to keep on trying myself with difference approaches to get this working. If it was not a problem I see lots of people having I would have said it may have been a fault device.

If I remember and find the solution i'll come back to you. Right now, though this was one feature I really wanted. I don't want a full on Phone on my wrist but want to take away the need to keep pulling my phone out my pocket.

Hi All, have you all set the apps needed for Quick Reply?

Eg: Fitbit Apps -> Your Account -> Sense -> Notifications -> App Notifications -> select the apps you want ->

then head to Quick Replies and you should see the apps you want to reply via your watch.

Yes. Its working and I understand how it works. TBH I very rarely use the FITBIT like a smart watch.

@Paul_13 Thanks for joining this thread and if you haven't done so, please give a try to the suggestions shared by @James.P. Take in mind that the quick replies feature is available only on Android devices.

@KeithRH I'm glad it's working well and thanks for the update. I hope you can keep crushing your goals with your Sense!
