Sense won't charge & can't restart it because it won't charge. I've turned the bluetooth off & on,

Sense won't charge, battery is dead and can't restart because it isn't charged.  I've turned the bluetooth off and on to no avail.  I've tried holding the button for 10 seconds & nothing happens

Clean the charger, see if that helps..
