I am having a similar issue. It started not charging from the 3 months I purchased it. It started blinking and buzzing overnight without charging. The customer support sent me a new charging cable and I tried different outlets and it doesn't work. It had been randomly getting charged if I tried to change the positing of the charging unit in different ways.
It is not charging at all now.
Can you please do something?
