My Sense is only charging intermittently.
Someday it shows as charging as soon as I connect the charger other days it won't charge at all-time help!!

HI @Stigpig -
If the terminals are clean it would seem you have a faulty charge cable - to make sure carefully check the 4 pins are equally prominent and properly located.
It's quite a common issue if you look in the forums.
If it's under warranty you can contact Fitbit Support directly. They should send you a replacement one.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
You can also buy them online. if you want a more robust one and are prepared to wait, click photo.

My wife's sense has the same problem and cleaning the contact solved the problem. I was considering to buy antoher charger as suggested by @Guy_ (thanks!) but the very bad HR reading she experience (150 whille doing home work as opposed to 80 while prower walking) is considering to move to another brand.
