Sense won't charge

My Sense stopped charging. I did the reset which helped the first time but it soon wouldn’t charge again and now it’s completely dead. It’s only a few months old!!

 

I have tried to log out, force quit the app and was then advised to change the clock face to a Fitbit one. I can’t change the clock face as my Fitbit is dead but it already had a Fitbit clock face. 

I have experienced so many issues over the years with various Fitbits. I like the product but the problems are definitely starting to outweigh the benefits.
