My sense won’t charge because one of the four prongs is stuck. I tried to fix it by poking it with a safety pin but that didn’t work and had to call customer service for a new one. Bad design. My advice is to buy multiple chargers because it seems like this happens frequently. I only had my Fitbit sense since March 2022.

I also have had mine since March and it stopped charging . Also when it worked the battery life was less than 2 days .
