Sense won't charge

Sense will not charge. Charger is fine. Typical after 2 years and warranty expired it died. This is my second one that died after 2 years! I need to find my serial number to hopefully use warranty. Can I find that in the app?

Hi @CharynF the serial number is supposed to be on the box. You get with customer support?
