Sense won't charge

My sense has stopped charging. I tried rebooting and  cleaned it with alcohol.please help

One possibility: the Sense charger is notoriously unreliable.  Look at the 4 pins: one of them often gets receded back so no longer makes contact.  If that is the case, it cannot be fixed. If in warranty period, can get replacement.  Otherwise recommend getting a few third-party replacements from Amazon for price of one from Fitbit - same problem but less $.  In fact even if in warranty might want to go this route anyway to get quicker than warranty replacement so back in use if receded pin looks to be the problem.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
