Bluetooth disconnected last night on phone.   Can't connect this morning.   Have turned off the phone off and tried to reconnect to bluetooth twice!  Help!

This worked for my LG Stylo 4, then immediately stopped synching again.

My thoughts exactly! When you pay over $400 for a watch for specific reasons and it doesn’t work, then that leaves me quite unimpressed. I’ve had a Fitbit for years. I even chatted with customer service, who then said a member of her team would get back to me via email shortly...still haven’t heard. So because of this and poor customer service, I will be returning and trying an Apple.

Mine connects one part then the second connection will not complete. Says "need app to connect" I have the app! 🤯

Tried this multiple times. Still only partly connected.

Same!!

Cannot keep both parts connected.

Additionally I had a high fever and no recording of temp increase

Start again. Delete your app. Stop your Fitbit. Make sure you are setting
your fit bit up in an area close to your nbn or wireless router. Re load
your app. Turn your Fitbit on. Connect. Use your app once that process is
complete. It can take a while depending on your connection. Then activate
all the add ons through your app. Refresh. If the connection drops out on
occasions, go to your phone settings, turn your Bluetooth off for 5 minutes
then turn back on and re sync your Fitbit through the app. Simple doo a
downward stroke on your screen and it will re sync. I struggled at first
but no issues now. I'm loving my sense

I’ve got exactly the same issue, which is fast becoming a major frustration.

i thought Fitbit was more reliable product that it has turned out to be.

I have done all the things in the previous reply...twice, but still won’t sync to my phone.

The reset button on sense is stuck in. Thus everything is over written.

It would only connect after 3 days of nothing when charging. Limped along trying to connect once a day on charger after bugs seemed to work out. This was right after update on app came out. Hope same pattern works for you as it worked again after about 5 days total

Go to your phone settings. Turn your Bluetooth off. Wait 60 seconds. This
will disconnect all Bluetooth items. Then turn Bluetooth back on. Works
every time. Make sure your Sence is next to your phone for first time
connection. Mine just stays on my wrist with me holding the phone.

After 3 hours of working over and over again, I finally turned off Sense,
turned it off, deleted app, disconnected bluetooth on phone,
restartted phone and then reinstalled the Fitbit app and turned Sense back
on. I started to set up a new devise in the app and let the app turn
bluetooth back on and it finally connected and set up correctly
correctly...**ahem** what a task after 5 or 6 tries!!

I just followed this - I still get the cant sync message. Since the updating to the latest fitbit app version and ios14.5 I have had this issue daily despite following all the helpful steps and solutions on these forums.  As a software engineer I feel the fitbit software has a major glitch that really should be addressed ASAP.  At the moment the product is unuseable.

I agree. It is very disappointing indeed. We bought to as Christmas present for my wife and I and now wish we’d bought the Apple Watch.
Fitbit need to get this sorted.

Agree!!! I have just accepted that I have a faulty product.  Good thing I'm not billing fitbit for all of the hours I have spent trouble shooting their product.  🙁

I finally got mine to connect the Sense Control and bluetooth. However, I
am not receiving any emails, texts or phone calls are not coming even
though all the options are set to allow it...so very frustrating!

Tried everything but none of it worked. Connecting other devices worked with no problem. After doing it all and restarting both (phone and Sense) it started working again. Seems like a major bug that needs to be fixed.

Hello

The issue with synching/not connecting has been happening to me too for the past month. It’s suddenly started happening and now, everyday, I have to carry out one from of disconnecting, closing down and more often than not, completely forgetting the device and reinstalling. I have reported this to Fitbit and a case is being opened, but now reading these, there is clearly an issue and it’s not just my tracker. I’ve been a long-time Fitbit wearer and I really like them, but just want it to work properly! Thanks
