Hi all can't get fibit sense to connect to to my Samsung ultra 20 Bluetooth sence controls is up on my phone but when I try to connect it won't i keep switching on & off Bluetooth I got if on once but the call never went to the phone
Can some help me please

Hi @Liverpool69. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for sharing that your Sense isn't connecting with your Samsung Ultra 20 phone, as well for the steps tried. Let me give you a hand with this! Before anything else, may I know if you were able to sync your watch with the Fitbit app before doing it via Bluetooth? Did you receive an error message on the Fitbit app?
Even though you've tried troubleshooting your watch, let's give a try to the following:
Make sure the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background so your watch can receive your phone's notifications.
