I have tried every single trick suggested in all previous forums have have never been able to get this stupid thing to connect to my wifi. I never had this issue with my Apple Watch and the only reason I bought a Sense was the money. Fitbit FIX THIS ISSUE! This is ridiculous. The most current updates don’t even show up in my app and the battery doesn’t last at all.

Hi there, @McGsqrd. Welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

If you haven't done so yet, please see Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?

As for the battery, note that Fitbit Sense battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, try to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
