Hi @ibwatchin you can't set up a new device on a computer. Without a phone, you can't set up at all. You have a family member or friend who might let you use their smartphone to get set up?

I don’t believe plan B of dragging your Sense down the street will help with connectivity issues. I could be wrong though. Also, if the Sense breaks I don’t believe it will be covered under warranty.

Hi there, @Odyssey13 and @Clove6060. @ibwatchin Welcome to the Community.
@ibwatchin Thanks for the detailed information, as well as your efforts while working on this matter. While you can install the Fitbit app on your Windows 10 and see the Sense available, please note that with this watch is now required to have an Android or iOS device to complete the set up process, update the firmware and take advantage of all its features.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and as our friend @Odyssey13 mentioned, I'd also suggest borrowing a compatible device from a friend or relative to connect your watch to your account. Once you've synced, you can see your basic stats on your computer or online dashboard.
Hope this helps.

@ibwatchin I would n ot use a fitbit Dongle. Any BT 4.x or 5.x wil work if your computer doesn't already have its own bluetooth
It has been a few years since the Win 10 app has been updated and it should not have the option to add a Sense

Agree with Rich. It does not have that option for the Sense.

The answer is for your software people to make the effort and write a app for Windows PC and Fitbit Sense. Hardware wise its possible, it just pure laziness of Fitbit.
