I've had my Sense for over a year and recently started having connection issues. Every time I would sync, I'd get an error message, but most of the time the sync actually worked. Well the issues got worse and something is not quite right with the connection. It's happened multiple times that the sync isn't fully going through - my biggest issues was my clock gets off by a few minutes each time it happened so I finally had to try a full reset. Here's what I've done so far:
1. Removed device from Fitbit app
2. Restarted iPhone and Sense
3. Turned Bluetooth on and off multiple times
4. Fully charged iPhone and Sense
5. iPhone up to date, Fitbit app up to date, Sense up to date
I've done all of these steps multiple times, but can't get the Sense added. I am able to get the 4 digit code sent to the watch, but when I enter it in the app, it just keeps trying to connect and eventually says "Something went wrong. There was an error when trying to pair your device." And my only option is to click "Abort." I can see Sense popping up in my iPhone Bluetooth list, but it comes and goes however it pleases.
So now I have a watch that can't connect and also displays the completely wrong time making it useless. What am I doing wrong here? Any help is much appreciated.
