My sense watch will not connect to my Samsung galaxy S22 ultra phone

Hi @Lcrich711  - this is not a lot of information to work with. 

 

If the watch is fully charged and working and installed and you are using the same and only phone, try logout of the Fitbit App and restarting both watch and phone as a first step.

 

Also look in the forums about Android 13 issues if you have that version.

Dear MarreFitbit,

Thank you for the response above, but does anyone have a technical solution, in writing, that resolves the Bluetooth connection issue between the Sense 2 and the Samsung S22 Ultra?  It will pair, but will not connect for text or calls.  Love the Sense 2 but unless there is a solution to this issue, I will be returning it.
