My tracker not connecting through my Bluetooth, it's not letting me use my notifications where I can receive phone calls and messages

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. Also, I'd like to know if you receive any error message in the Fitbit app about the notifications not working? If so, may I know what the message says? In the meantime, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?
As for the Sense Controls, note that Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. Does your tracker sync @TinaCobb
Do you get any type of notifications?
To respond or answer calls, you will need to attach the Sense Controls.
Have you disabled notifications and set them up again.
