My Fitbit isn't connecting to my phone. I've restarted both and and turned Bluetooth on and off. I'm so frustrated

Try unpairing your sense close fitbit app restart phone and sense see if that works
If it doesn't click "forget sense " in Bluetooth settings..do the steps above again
You don't say what make of phone you have but usually the steps above work with Android
