Sense won't connect to my phone

Noticed recently that my sense wasn't connecting to my app, refreshed, unistalled app, knocked Bluetooth on & off and I just can't seem to get it paired again, won't connect at all to app. Please help

Hi Ksweet397, I've managed to get it connected. Factory reset the fitbit then start again connecting to app on phone. Back up and running now.

Go on to settings on the fitbit 

Click on - About Sense

Then Factory Reset.

Then start the connection between fitbit & app.

Hope this helps

This worked as a desperation measure and I lost 2 days worth of data.
