Sense won't connect with my Wi-Fi

Suddenly my Fitbit won’t link with my WiFi

Is the Sense plugged in and charging? 

Have you tried setting WiFi back up? Any error messages? 

What is it that you want to do that needs WiFi?

It’s working now, I think it was uploading an update. Weird!

Well now it won’t charge….ugh! Just bought it in January, a little soon for this right?

I understand how you're feeling about this situation and just to confirm, do you see any green light on the back of your watch, or feel a vibration when pressing the button? If not and you haven't done so yet, please give a try to the steps described in this help article and monitor your watch's behavior in the next days.
